SportPesa is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We conduct rigorous age verification during registration. Any account found to have been opened by a minor will be closed immediately and funds returned to the rightful owner.
Each individual may only hold one SportPesa account. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or abuse bonuses is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit is RM 20.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until these requirements are met. One bonus per promotion per member – bonuses cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and SportPesa Malaysia ("SportPesa", "we", "our platform") governing your use of the sportpesa.onl website and all services provided through it.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the SportPesa platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the SportPesa platform.

SportPesa reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Accepted documents include a national identity card (MyKad), a valid Malaysian passport, or a Malaysian driving licence. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of the account until verification is completed.
Warning: Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and appropriate legal action.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) SportPesa account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party.
As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:
SportPesa is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their account password, whether intentional or otherwise. Any activity carried out through your account before a report of unauthorised access is received and verified by SportPesa will be deemed to have been performed by you.
All financial transactions on the SportPesa platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are Malaysian local methods only:
Deposit limit: Minimum RM 20 per transaction. Funds are credited to your SportPesa account within minutes once payment confirmation is successfully received.
Withdrawal limit: Minimum RM 30 per transaction. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes to a registered eWallet. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take up to 1 business day depending on the bank's operating hours.
Important: Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the member's name. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
SportPesa reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or under suspicious circumstances. This includes submission of identity documents and proof of ownership of the payment method.
SportPesa offers betting on a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), MMA (ONE Championship), basketball, tennis, and more than 30 other sports.
In cases where an obvious pricing or odds error has occurred, SportPesa reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the member. This decision is final.

Consequences of Violation: Any breach of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure, freezing and forfeiture of all funds in the account, and referral to the relevant authorities depending on the severity of the violation.
SportPesa reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the SportPesa support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be refunded to the registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
For accounts inactive for 12 months, SportPesa will apply a dormant account management fee of RM 5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, SportPesa shall not be liable for:
SportPesa's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
SportPesa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments that come into effect will be communicated to members via their registered email and a prominent notice on the SportPesa website at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes.
Continued use of the SportPesa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should cease using the platform and contact us to proceed with account closure.
